Living from inner beauty and core essence has been a life-long personal journey of my own. In the process, I have been supporting other women to feel their inner beauty for over ten years. It is my expertise to help you activate the core of who you are and to apply its rich wisdom to create your best life. My inner beauty coaching practice evolved from my prior career as a performing singer-songwriter. While touring the country, I had the joy of earning a Lilith Fair Finalist title and had the chance to hear stories from women of all walks of life. I noticed a common theme: nearly every woman I spoke with had at least one or many dissatisfactions with herself and her life and could name them easily. When I asked a woman about her power and radiance, her first response would usually have something to do with critical voices or limiting beliefs. These Inner Beauty Crushers were hijacking any focus on what was amazing within! What's more, there was no muscle developed for recognizing and living from the reality of inner beauty gifts.

I started to get curious: What is inner beauty anyway? How do you access it? What gets in the way of it? What fuels it? I had coaching conversations with hundreds of women after my concert shows, exploring how to feel and express their inner beauty. I interviewed more women to write an album called Love Yourself Just As You Are- thirteen songs to support inner beauty. What I learned is that every woman on this earth has unique inner beauty gifts inside, hungering to express themselves. Often these gifts have not been accessed because we've learned to focus on what we're "not", or what we "shouldn't", or what we think we should. Or because we simply haven't learned inner beauty skills, since there is no mechanism in our culture to teach this. This is my lifework- to teach you to stand fully in power, beauty and essence, and to use your inner beauty wisdom to guide you in creating your best life. When you live this way, you live the life you love, and you glow beautifully from within.

In the spirit of this lifework, I trained with Coach University and completed the core curriculum with The Coaches Training Institute in order to start an official inner beauty coaching practice. On a personal level, my passions are my friends, my family, my true love Scott, our dog Ghost, and my deep connection to the power and inspiration I get from forests and our earth.
